CAP 2 lb Pair Ankle/Wrist weights, Gray

Perfect size for my ankles . They weights are long enough so that I can tie both around my ankles and increase the challenge of my exercise routine. Good quality of durable soft fabric , workmanship and velcro closure. The weight itself is 11.5" long and the velco strap 19.5". Inexpensive given the quality.

Quality of product and velcro strength are wonderful. I bought the 1 pound weights for my mother, who is gaining back her ability to move her left arm after having suffered a stroke. these weights have a velcro wrap that hold on to her wrists in a very secure manner without her having to hold them with her hand(which still does not have the ability to stay close at will).

I bought this for after my knee replacement. I love them. It is so easy to put on and tightened them. They were at a great price. They can fit your ankles and wrist.

I bought these weights to help strengthen my leg muscles. I have noticed a difference since I have been using them also use for arms

Because of mobility issues these weights were a little more difficult because of the ring the strap had to go through before being velcroed into place as opposed to the ones I used in therapy that just wrapped around the wrist or ankle. However, they were much cheaper than most of the weights from Walmart's selection. The cost was the determining factor for me.

I bought this product for my at-home bodyweight workouts, and it works great. Overall, the quality is nice but I wish the straps could be more sturdy

The strap is actually 2 straps sewed together, and the stitching is very badly done. I don't trust this product to last more than a few uses, at which point I will need to repair it.

For me they were to bulky. They were to large around my wrist. Perhaps if they would have fit snug around my wrist they would not have felt so bulky. They were too small for my ankles. Because they didn't fit snug around my wrist it made it hard to workout with them on since they would slide.

there is literally only one stitch holding the strap to the weight to prevent the strap from coming off. the strap is not sewn down all the way across the end of the strap there is just one little stitch In The Middle of the strap to hold it together. I would not even put the weights on my wrist or leg afraid that they would come off the first time I wore them

the 1st day wearing the ankle weights, they started scattering sand or whatever weighs them down. They just made a mess and are not useful at all at this point. sending them back.
