I determined that I need to use these more often, because I would say my muscles are weak right now. I understand that I ordered the exercise bands so I could exercise my muscles, but I have only been able to use the extra-light weight band so far. I am working on it!
If you can get past the picture on the box, (tacky) these are quality bands. I had a hip replacement and needed these bands for at-home PT. I brought the bands to my PT person, and they approved them, thought the value was there, and good to be able to advance as needed.
Great for exercising at home or when traveling. Has several resistances to do different ones or work up to different levels. Great for rehabbing a bad knee like physical therapy recommended. Also great price.

These bands are great, they give you a good workout, and they come in assorted colors

Very poor quality. Not much resistance at all. The bands are very thin and become translucent when stretched.

I do not recommend they are to stretchy and don't support movement
