Gaiam Mini Ab Ball, Fuchsia, 8 Inch, Inflatable

I actually blow this up using the straw type shaft. It's easy. The ball is perfect for my needs. I use it for IC and Pelvic Floor exercises. It's been just about 10 days but noticed improvement within 2 days. I exercise anyway but adding this to my routine has made things better for me.

I bought this ball to use while traveling, trying to keep up with my physical therapy exercises. The price is excellent, it is durable and very easy to fill. Does the job. My grandchild loves to kick it and sit on it and it has endured the abuse just fine. Highly recommended!

If you work out at home, you should definitely get this ball. It comes with a straw and it was very easy to inflate. I use it daily and did not have any issues with the deflated or anything like that. The colors is also very pretty.

Arrived promptly. Very easy to inflate. You simply insert the included hard straw and blow it up, put in the stopper and you are all set! Great yoga ball.

The variation on all of the balls I ordered is insane. Some are tiny and some are huge. I hope I can return the gigantic ones because they're unusable.

I see so many reviews commenting on how easy it is to inflate. I agree it does not take much to blow it up, but I have bow neuropathy in my fingers and trying to get the plug in the hole before. The flights is impossible for me. An uninflated bone was worthless to me.

one star. worse ball ever. i didn't receive a ball. i got a straw and deflated balloon. didn't know ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. i have breathing issues because of vocal cord dysfunction and a hand pump isn't included.
