the pilates bar really help with stretching your arm,legs,shoulders,helps tightens the upper body/ lower body, helps tightens the inner thighs and stretchs the inner thighs ,the assembly was very easy, the pilate bar is very easy to use also the sturdiness is very pleasing, the pilate bar can be found on the Walmart website .

this is my first time trying one of these and I absolutely love it! the price is unbeatable and I love it's ease of use. if you are looking to be able to do yoga or Pilates from home this is a great addition and the app to download has many great suggestions for uses of it.

I actually like product, especially for the price. Comes with a couple exercise examples, but you will have to google and look up and watch videos of other ways this can be used.

The product feels great and is beautiful. It is just what you need to help build balance and stamina. Pilates aids movement and breathe work but is not complete without tools built for the purpose.

I really like the Pilates bar just wish it came with different tension bands for different workouts, also wish it came it different lengths for petite bodies. Overall a good product.

this works great, very bright light, but i wish the part that goes around the neck was a little thinner. It gets uncomfortable to wear after a while, but other than that i would recommend this

The pilates bar feels solid and made of quality material. The only downside is that when you roll the bar to create more tension in the straps, the hooks rotate or come off. Which could be dangerous. Also, there's ni way to purchase replacement straps or away to incorporate other resistance bands into the workout. So i donated the item, and have since purchased a more complete pilates bar now that i know what my needs are. But if you are new to pilates or just need something for light resistance this is a good starter option.

Make sure you check the price. It scanned 11.98 on the Walmart app but I was charged 19.89. I got another one for the 11.98 and returned this one. I haven't used it yet to review it.

Straps fall off very easily. Hard to use. Straps are long and not adjustable.
