It is well made and not cheesy. Offers great resistance and it slip free and helps to perform the exercise without difficulty and fuss. The rubber bands and the added exercise ball are also good quality and do not have a very strong plastic smell. I recommend these items and for the low price that it is sold.

When I saw this I was very excited to get this, I opened the box and saw that the ball had to be blown up and I don't have anything to blow it up with so sadly I can't use it this may work for someone else
