The great thing about these kettlebells is their soft grip and base. When you hold them against you to do squats they are very comfortable. They also won't leave marks on your floor when you set them down. I've never seen any kettlebells like these before and I am so impressed.
I appreciate that they are soft weights. I put off using kettle bells because of how much it would hurt if I or one of my kids dropped one. I feel much more comfortable using the soft weights.
As other reviewers have noted, there is a bit of a sharp edge on the handle where the two plastic sides come together and the item is 100% perfect if you sand that down a little.
Quality product at a great price. Great starter set with no need for floor protection due to soft design.

I was pleased with the soft quality. It took away the intimidation of a hard kettle bell. the handles though were too long/high for my squat pulls. I improvised by using a low step to give a better reach and pull motion. Overall i did like the quality and weight of the set.
