This product is very sturdy and very easy to put together. I recently worked out my shoulders doing a seated shoulder press with 135 and it held up great; i am waiting on the barbell rack from a different company to make it easier but that’s a whole different story. Also, there were no damages to the product when it arrived.

It’s a little flimsy but you can adjust it. Besides from that I love it! Very practical for my little corner gym

Easy to unpack, assemble, and use. Very happy with purchase. Bench is sturdy and reliable.

Overall it’s a good solid bench. I got it in order to replace the one that I had with a lighter weight capacity. Definitely feels stronger than my previous one and should be solid enough for anything I will be doing. Seems well out together. That all being said, there are a few issues to be aware of. First- it doesn’t sit completely flat between the 2 cushions. There is definitely a slight angle between the 2 (see the picture). Maybe not a huge deal but it’s not “exactly a flat bench. Second- it is quite tall. I am 6’6” and it definitely would be a struggle to do any flat work (flat bench of any kind) for someone much shorter than me. It definitely took some getting used to even for me as I am used to standard height flat benches which are much shorter. My nephew is 6’4” and he was struggling to get his feet flat on the floor all the way. If you are under 6’ and want to do flat bench of any kind, I don’t think this is the one for you.

Seat height is actually really tall. Seat angle can be adjusted but not the height. If you are taller I guess it doesn’t matter but I’m 5’9” and I am tippy toeing when I’m sitting on the bench. Good value but if I had to purchase again I would get something else

Bought for me, feet didn’t reach the floor while sitting (5’3”, short legs). Traded my husband who’s 6’ for his little $49 version from Temu that fit me better. First time he put his feet on the pegs to scoot on the seat he ripped the bolt straight through the frame. Moving on, in the same exercise, the bench shifted sideways and he tipped it all the way over holding 55 lb dumbbells and hurt his shoulder. The tools provided didn’t allow for tightening the bolts enough to snug up the frame, and after pulling a bolt straight through the frame he definitely won’t trust it enough to bench press with, rendering the entire bench useless since it’s still too big for me. It has to go back.

Item is decent quality, but when inserting the adjustable pin to adjust seat lever, I noticed the thread was striped not allowing threaded rod with pin to connect properly allowing seat to safely hold seat up, have reached out to the manufacturer but have not recieved a response

The box arrived heavily damaged with 2' tears in a cardboard box only 3' in length so I had trepidations immediately. There were 3 plastic zip ties already broken holding no parts in place. Upon trying to put the bench together, the safety bolt "F", as listed in the instructions was broken. The spring and ball bearing did not fit in its socket, they were too small and kept falling out, rendering this "safety bolt" useless. And finally, the bench is supposed to be adjustable but the "holes" provided to allow users to bench press with the unit being flat %26 level do NOT EXIST!!! The bench can NEVER be level for flat benchpress!!!! They DIDNOT drill the alignment holes in the correct locations. Again, you can NEVER have a normal flat bench!!!!

Bench wobbles after assembly. Frame is not sturdy, metal feels cheap, and screws do not fully thread into the nuts even with a wrench. The seat is extremely narrow—nothing like the pictures. Unsafe to use. Waste of money and a useless purchase.

The metal part broke while I was sitting down and lightly resting my foot on the pedal. The screw went inside, and the joint cracked. The material seems very weak — it broke under very little pressure. I did not put full weight or force on it.
