nice for the money
not a bad deal they are plastic outside so will have to see how that holds up over time but very versatile comes with the weights in metric not in pounds but other than that i think they will be a very good deal for working out gives a person many options for workouts and can adjust as you want as your workouts improve

Good set for the price
Good set of weights for the money I paid. However the bar is very short so your arms are right by your sides when you lift or hold it on your shoulders. Also my core roller did not come apart in order to put a weight on it to roll. I thought about returning it but the bar and weights are worth the Black Friday price alone.

Good enough
The weights them selfs are solid but DO NOT use the handles for pushups their grip is horrendous you will face plant other then that I got no real gripes

Not for serious lifters
Only recommend if you are not strength training. It's perfect for kids or lightweight lifters. It has EIGHT 2.76 pound weight plates and four 5.5 pound weight plates. you have to stack 6 plates on each side of the dumbbell just to get 44 pounds to lift. makes no sense. maybe it's for people who want others to see all the plates and think they're lifting a lot 😆
