This adjustable weight bench is a great addition to a home gym. It was easy to assemble, feels very sturdy, and the non-slip cushions make workouts comfortable. I like that it folds up for easy storage, which is perfect for small spaces. Works great for free weights, ab workouts, and overall training on days I can't make it to the gym. Solid quality for the price. definitely a great find!

The bench is great value for the price. However you will need a heavy duty wrench to assemble. The wrenches included were not good.
It has held up well so far and provides much needed positioning. Everything needed in a simple design.
I combined this with a standing desk to put over the walking pad, so I can walk and work at the same time in between my sessions. It is a total game changer and is helping me get more active despite not having time in the mornings or evenings. I placed it on my carpet, so far it seems very quiet, only issue is that it does not record your progress, but i must admit the treadmil is sturdy, it runs perfectly. The cord is actually very short, so you more than likely will need an extension cord, but that is no problem at all.It's easy to figure out how to use and goes up to a really brisk pace. I also love that's it's compact and I just slide it in my closet when I'm through.
The bench is great, however the floor protectors for part B were no in the box. Feel like I got ripped off.
