This is a great yoga/exercise mat. Great quality and color. The thickness is amazing compared to most mats great for any age! Priced on Walmart better than other retailers, slightly more than I consider a mat worth based on materials used to make it.

I am super pleasantly surprised and grateful for the other reviews! I got this for my daughter and it's really really awesome! It's pretty skinny but long! So it will grow with her length wise. The thickness is awesome! And the price, you just can't beat it. I'm super happy with it.

Durable and thick material. Good coefficient of friction allows effective exercises. Protects my carpet while doing exercises that otherwise might damage the carpet.

I’m coming in at a fitness level of 0 I’m about 5ft 7in 235lbs 40 yo. I have been absolutely inactive for about 5yrs. I’m starting with basic core strength exercises and I was worried about pain in my knees and elbows as a beginner. This mat is large and very cushioned. I honestly didn’t expect it to be so big. It’s not the kind you would want to carry around as it is pretty bulky. It’s lightweight so if you had to carry it it’s not heavy just awkwardly large. I use it at home and it works perfectly. Rolls up and came with a cart strap. I easily store mine under a bench. I would definitely recommend this for at home use at any fitness level.

Athletic Works Two Tone Fitness Mat is a thick durable high quality mat that cushioned my workout session perfectly. I do yoga, pilates, and light cardio with it and was pleased with how this mat saved my back and joints from pressure and absorbed shock. It rolls up neatly and easily for storage and travel. This mat is the perfect size for most fitness activities, its pretty large in length and width. I like how its non slip and has good traction with the floor, to prevent from sliding and accidental injury. My mat is going to be around for a long time, I can tell. I'm very satisfied with my Athletics Works mat and will be purchasing other fitness items from this brand.

We received this Athletic Works Two Tone Fitness Mat right on time for distance learning PE classes. My daughter's PE teacher has them doing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) video classes and this mat helps absorb some of the shock of all the jumping on her hardwood floor. She also uses it for her own stretching routine. The 10mm thickness is good—a little thicker than some of my past yoga mats, but not too thick that it doesn't roll into a compact roll. It's great that it comes with the carrying case for neat storage—it rolls up easily and the black carryiing strap allows it to stay neat. Her last mat was always thrown in the corner of her bedroom all flopped over, this one stays in a neat roll. I like that it has the gentle ridges in the mat for grip and to help not slip around. My son may use it for his push ups too because he's always sliding around trying to do them on the hardwood floors. I also love that there is no heavy chemical smell! I've ordered yoga mats before that had a strong chemical smell and this one does not. Overall we're very happy with this mat. Good quality.

Athletic Works two tone fitness mat is an excellent product. I have been using mine for a week and it appears that it will be very durable. It is long and has the perfect width to give you plenty of room to workout. It is soft and absorbs the harshness of the hard floor.

The price and the quality and everything were top-of-the-line. It's a Walmart product and I really trust and products at Walmart sell. They stand behind all their products and it's a really good place to shop.

I love this mat, it’s perfect for my HIIT workouts and the cool down after, plus it protects my back and knees for yoga/stretching and ab exercises. The only problem is that it didn’t come with the carry strap!! I’m a little upset about that bc it is hard to store. I didn’t realize it didn’t have it until I opened it up and read the packaging. I will try to contact the company/walmart and see if I can get the strap as I don’t want to return it but would like the strap.

I like the product, but who ever pulled the item and put a delivery sticker on it should be taught not to put it where it wouldn't mess up the item. They put the delivery sticker on the product itself and not on the paper around the item. So when I carefully tried to take the sticker off, some of the foam on the product came off with it.
