Impressed with the quality and the construction of the visor, It looks and feels expensive and classy.. it is so smooth and sleek and light feeling and the adjustable stretch band makes it fit very comfortably.

This AW Resistance Tube feels very comfortable and provides cushioning and support while holding it during your workout. You will definitely feel the difference in your muscles during and after your workout as I did. The design is smart and impressive. Furthermore, the material is soft; but strong, and this is a quality product that made my working out fun. I'm sure you will love it as well. Regarding the shipping of this valuable product to me; this product was shipped in it's original box with the ups shipping label on it and It was not placed in another box to conceal it. That was very risky because anyone could see what the item was and could have taken it. Luckily, I met the UPS delivery woman as she was entering my building because I kept looking out my window to see when the truck would pull up on my block because, most of the time, UPS just leaves my packages in the common area on the first floor of my apartment building without even ringing my doorbell to let me know I have a package. Therefore, I suggest putting this valuable item in another box before it is shipped to customers. Per the caution slips enclosed "This product contains natural latex which may cause an allergic reaction. It is for home use only and if you are over 35, have never execised before, are pregnant or suffer from health problems you should consult your physician before use".

I am usually in the gym everyday, however there are some days I just can't get there or prefer to do some workouts at home.  This resistance tube helps me do workouts I could do at the gym at home!  With many ways to use this tube I am able to tackle arms, legs, abs, chest or back and shoulders.  The tube comes with a diagram of some exercises but has more to offer.  It is a versatile piece of equipment.  You can easily find more workouts online or download the app referenced with the product.  The medium resistance is great!  The hand grips are soft and comfortable.  I am overall very happy with this tube!

I got this band for my husband who is a weightlifter dealing with a shoulder injury. He needed some strength training but was experiencing significant pain when lifting weights. This band has been great for him since the extra resistance helps him to use his muscles with slight difficulty while allowing him to be aware of his shoulder. I've used it myself and I find it significantly harder to use than a standard resistance band. This is perfect to use in your office or while traveling. The included poster with instructions on different exercises to do with the band is super helpful!

It was advertised as light but feels more like medium resistance.

These bands are durable. Im not scared they might snap during my workout. Good ( heavy resistance) so you can really work those muscle. Handles on them are padded making it easy to hold onto. I am 5'11 and trying to do overhead presses or anything up higher is difficult but other than that its a great workout band . Its light weight making it easy to carry if you bring it with you or want to travel with it.

The product I felt was hard to stretch or use being it was really hard to exercise with it. Maybe someone larger size than me more strength actually could've used it without any problems. I don't know, but maybe the band is hard to stretch being that that's when they make it and eventually after a certain amount of time has passed it does loosen up anyways that's what I thought my opinion on this product.
