It's exactly as advertised. Big enough for most exercises, including lunges. Thick enough to absorb shock from jumping, squatting, running, etc. Prior to ordering I was having joint pain from such activities on my bare floor, preventing me from be able to complete any of these activity types. Now I am able to with no more pain.

I loved the comfort of this mat. The older I get, the less my knees want to feel hard floors when I work out, and this does the trick at a reasonable cost. Great for yoga, Pilates, weightlifting, or doing a cardio workout without sweating on your floors or carpet. The size is reasonable length and great thickness. Definitely recommend.

Great quality, very cozy. Every sharp sting you'd normally get from working out on a hard surface is buffered. My kids like to play on it when I'm done exercising.

I was looking for a twin size air mattress and the local store was out of stock so I bought this mat to use under my granddaughters sleeping bag. She loved it. Not the advertised use but I am very happy for our purpose.

This Pro fitness mat is so comfortable. Just got this yoga mat to start incorporating at-home exercises more regularly into my routine. Cant say nothing about this item as I never got it delivered by Andrea , she just marked it delivered . So all I know is her name. I saw her while i was washing my hands , she was fast by the time i got to the door. Only a small items were delivered hanging on my doorknob and didn't follow instructions by placing my stuff on the floor next to the wall so nobody sees them since i live upstairs. I prefer them hidden
