these items were what I needed for my physical therapy.

I ordered one 5 pound dumbbell for my husband. Had a stroke, this seems to help get strength in both his upper arms. He loves them. He also uses the stretch bands .They really help.

Great price for the quality of neoprene weights. Good starter weights for working out without breaking bank.

I bought this weight bc I already have a 10 lb wt (neoprene, black). I'm using this for the "Farmer's Carry" exercise to build bone density. The length is a bit longer than the one I already have, but I didn't want to get a different style - even though I'm using it at home. I feel bad that I made the pick-up person deliver it to me in my car, but I had a gift card I wanted to use %26 I didn't know if this item would be in the store; the card made the price much more affordable. (I keep forgetting to check every time I'm in the store!) A shout out to the women out there - weight bearing exercises are important for good bone health; carrying groceries works, too!

nice hand weight. Had to order 2 separately because I didn't realize at first you only get one. what's up with that???

the weight is very sticky feeling. like has a weird feel like maybe if you put it down on your carpet when you picked it back up they lint from your carpet would be stuck to it..
