Popsugar ankle weights.
These weights are very easy to put on and take off your ankles. Just remember to wrap them above the ankle bones. I do not use them on wrists so have no comment but in the future I may try them. They are worth having because no part is going to fray or twist.

Not the best for petite women
not good if you have small wrists and legs like me but I will try to make it work. this is plus size friendly though!

Beware
I liked everything about this product except the length. If you have larger ankles you can hardly Velcro together. The only reason I returned them. I needed them for therapy for total knee replacement so I didn't have to put both of my one lbs on one leg!
