i have been trying to increase my upper body strength so i decided to get these 3 pound weights. i like that they are very easy to grip and it is soft. they arrived quick. i was working with 3 pound weights with my therapist and i noticed that these weights feel super heavy to me, more than 3 pounds. thats not a deal breaker though. i will keep these and continue to strengthen and tone my arms.

I was using sand-filled weights, but they shifted around too much, causing me to grip my weights while working out. These are easy to hold without gripping. I'm very happy with them.

These hand weights are perfect for my needs! I use them while I am walking. They fit my hands just as needed and are comfortable.

these are great little handheld weights. the finger grips are fantastic, and the material is slip resistant. love them
