Like these and the fact they can be wrist and/or ankle bands. Put them on in the morning and start your day! I had seen them before and wondered if they were worth it. Yes, they are! Adjustable and for both wrist and ankle! They are made of GOOD MATERIALS, I feel like they will last awhile.

These weights (2 pounds each) can be worn around your ankles or wrists to help you get more out of your daily workout! I have the one pound weights also and have already seen a difference with consistent use! I wear them just doing my daily activities on the weekends and and burning more calories

Loved these wrist weights! Adding to my daily exercise, I got two sets to use one as ankle weights, though, and my exercise routine involves some jumping around and the ankle weights end up hurting you by smashing into my ankle bones, so I totally recommend them but using them for ankle weights are probably better for just a walk and not jumping

Color and weights accurate. Wrist band does not cause irritation as it's the silicone that makes contact with skin. 2 lbs on each wrist (4lb total) can feel heavy for older folks just starting to work out. If that's the case, get the 1 lb version too. For taking off the wrist band, rather than ripping open the Velcro flap, it may be better to just slide the hand out. This should extend the life of the wrist band and it should be possible as long as one doesn't wear the wrist band too tight.

Great sights so far. They are definitely 2lbs, so if you are looking for something lighter in your risk, buy 1 lbs. I love these, and they are a really nice fashionable color.

They are adjustable with Velcro and you can remove weights as needed. I use for upper arm toning but as I am older 60 it doesn't seem to help much. My shoulders cartilage issues won't allow me using strenuously.

Having really good luck with Walmart lately! These are exactly as advertised and easy to put on myself. Wear them all day at work to gain a little more strength.

It's easy to wear, cute, and comfortable when worn.

I use them for Zumba class, sometimes when I sweat they start to slide and twist. If I don't put them on just right they fall off from the Velcro not connecting all the way. Otherwise, I like them, gives more resistance during my cardio workouts.

I was looking forward to these, but they do not stay on very well. They're way too heavy for one arm and they're very bulky and it's hard to have them on your hands for more than your wrist for more than a few minutes. I'm gonna try and find some others elsewhere.
