these are the best sliding disks for My core.

I got this for at home PT exercises after an ankle injury. The side for carpet looks like it might work well, and to be fair I haven't tried it with my full weight to see if that makes a difference. I have laminate/LVP flooring. The side they indicate is safe for hard floors sticks to the floor and won't slide easily. I'm doing floor exercises from a chair, and not sure if that is why. I may have to find the brand PT uses, though admitting they also have carpet.

I don't know if it was the freshly waxed floor we were on or the sliders, but I I had trouble sliding on them. I finally just worked out with socks on the floor. It was better.

Needs straps for shoe pads to hold feet or else you use your ankle muscles too much to keep them center. I Don't recommend.
