I find it easy to use. Three bands and a few exercises for a quick start. Woule love to get a little booklet with it with more exercises and how to progress with the different bands

This band exerciser works well. Grips are sturdy and it is easy to change bands. The extension length also works well. Range of resistances works for both me and my wife.

The item is as described and worth the cost. It can easily be stored away and is small enough to pack in your luggage. It is great for beginners and those needing more of a challenge because you can adjust the resistance by removing and adding bands.

I really like this device. I've been exercising with weights for the past few months, but didn't want to take weights on vacation for a week. I bought this band that comes 3 in 1… and have been using the medium and strong bands while away. I am very pleased with this purchase. They are very sturdy, and work well while I'm trying to keep in shape while on vacation. 😊

This was beyond what I expected. This is gym style equipment. It is perfect for my in home gym. My husband uses it too.

I started with the light band - it gives me good resistance (I am just starting some strength training) - is comfortable to use - seems like it will last - I definitely recommend

Great product for the price. They seem more durable than my last set as well. Love that they are interchangeable instead of having three totally separate bands.

Pretty basic! Works as designed. Clips to add and remove bands could be a little easier to use, but aside from that, it's fine!
