the overall length is good it allows for a lot more versatile usage the ones I had before were a lot shorter is limited your usefulness for me the best part of this was the price very reasonable and high quality item.

As mentioned on the previous note, I didn't understand the $6.99 addition to the price I paid. That sounded like hocum to me.

excellent for getting my upper body back in shape. It is a very low impact way of building my muscle tone. It was very well priced too.

The bands themselves are fine. The ankle band is ridiculously small, wont fit my ankle properly, nor will the velcro hold in place, so thats a waste. The door attachment is an absolute joke!! They don't show you in description photos just how small it is. JUST BE CAREFUL!!!
