Very sturdy exercise ball for bigger dudes. 75cm is 29.5" high and easily supports my 205 lbs. The ball will NOT inflate fully the first time so follow the instructions and let 1/2 the air out the next day and refill it again allowing the material to stretch for 1 day at room temperature. Use their included circumferential measuring tape by placing each end with the open holes under the pump nozzle to make sure it's fully inflated. Note that the included manual hand pump will take quite a while to fill the ball, but that is also good exercise 😉.

Great material I am 9 month pregnant and weigh 305lbs it held me and never deflated even bouncing hard for hrs great product overall only thing I disliked is the inflating the pump is a hand held cheap pump have to be careful not to break it and it takes some time to pump it up my arm got tired so I stopped a little so it took about 15-20 mins oh another great thing is it has sand inside so it's a little weight to it

Great addition to help with your workout gear I'm 68 stability ball is very good for using your muscles. A different way especially when you want to stay strong getting older. It's well-made comes with everything you need to inflate it and it gets the job done.

Sturdy ball, sand helps keep it stable in certain exercises. I am 5'8". I purchased this ball to sit on at work. It's a little large; my thighs are not parallel to the ground. But that is what I need due to height of my desk. Inflating with the pump is not an option unless you have all day. I used the air compressor to get it very close, then used a different pump to top it off. I'm happy with this purchase.

I was looking for a large stability ball to help me regain some mobility. I had never used a weighted stability ball before, but being middle-aged thought it might be a good idea to get one. Truly one of the better decisions I've made. The added weight keeps the ball from rolling around and it doesn't feel like it's going to just fly away from underneath me. It also has the added benefit of being a little bit more challenging when I'm using the ball for lifting and arm movements. The material feels durable and well made. I'm 5'6 and 220 lb, and I feel confident about sitting on the ball. Overall it's a nice upgrade. If I had one criticism it's that the hand pump is kind of lame. but if you have another device like a mattress pump, it will fill it up pretty quickly.

The way it is titled made it seem the ball would come with the option of all three sizes in one. No where did it give me the option to choose the size I needed. I wasted hard earned money and time ordering a ball that was the wrong size for my height. Deceptive.

The particular ball I received will not hold air. As soon as you fill it, it starts deflating. This happened repeatedly. We tried using both pins, thinking one might be defective. No dice. Now, we think the hole itself is too big. I like the product and would like to exchange it for another one.

Too small. Sending back. I ordered thinking it was a 70 as the description says but once it arrived it says on the actual box good for 5'3 and under. Sending back to store at my earliest convenience.
