First time buying a kettlebell and I think I should have gone heavier. I bought the 8lb kettlebell and it feels light to me, but am still using it and I do love it. The material is easy to hold on to the handle of the kettlebell. I believe it's filled with sand so it's safer than your traditional kettlebells. I believe I paid a little over $20 for it and heavier kettlebells the price goes up.

Works for all arm exercises, but I especially love it for overhead and behind my head one armed tricep extensions. The weight of the bell helps to stretch the arm so that the exercise is done correctly.

Yes, you can hear the "filler" as it's not iron but once you get going going the filler sounds become rhythmic. Nice extra wide handle grip (larger than standard but still great), soothing colors. At time of purchase, there was no 10 pound version available, so it just means more reps. Can still do all the kettlebell moves so no complaints.

What is it about cute workout equipment that actually motivates me to use it?! Pop Sugar knows what they’re doing with the beautiful periwinkle hue and more rounded, smooth approachable look to this kettlebell. Some of the ones I’ve seen in the past were harsh, metallic, and off-putting. They made me feel like they’d feel uncomfortable on my hands due to the material/shape/even hold more dirtiness if I’m being honest. This looks cleaner, softer and more delicate. I appreciate that. The 8 lbs one is the perfect amount for me to use with combo moves including upper and body movements, but also many upper body only moves! Don’t underestimate 8 lbs! The grip is very comfortable, even on large hands. My partner is 6’2” with large hands and found this extremely comfortable the way it really bows out at the top. He finds one whole hand grip is nice but also two handed on each side is equally comfortable. On top of both of those points, there is a lot of space between the handle and weight at the bottom itself! The flat bottom is well done, too. The smooth periwinkle soft shell is overall my favorite, though! This is gyn equipment I don’t want to hide.

These are easy to work with. The handles provide a perfect grip even when you're sweating. They are soft in the floor, too. helps when you don't have a traditional gym space.

I liked everything about it, especially since it encouraged my to work out with it.

i love this! It's only 8 lbs, but it's a workout! i see an improvement in my arms after a few weeks! right now, im only doing arm workouts and plan on adding to my regimen!

The reason I gave four stars is because it arrived disgustingly dirty.
