After an injury and some initial rehab I was looking for a stretching strap like the one they used at the facility. This item met the criteria perfectly. It is well made and comes with a reference booklet that provides a wide range of stretches. It allowed me to create some variety in my recovery routine which helped to keep me motivated.

This product was the same as what my Physical Therapist used for stretches so I was familiar with how to use it. Easy to pack to take with you and use as desired. Very sturdy and the various loops make it so easy to use with many exercises. The booklet provides some great suggestions.

This strap is durable. Exactly the same thing as they had at therapy. Needed it for stretching my knee at home after knee replacement surgery. Thanks!

This is the exact strap my physical therapist had me use in therapy. The first time I used it, I literally ordered it sitting in the parking lot outside the clinic. it makes my flexibility exercises so much easier! I have definitely noticed my progress. The loops are easy to hold and you can easily increase and decrease the length by changing the loop you hold. Buying it was one of the best things I ever did for myself.

Item was recommended by my physical therapist, and a similar item was used in her practice. Loops are convenient and well positioned. Good for stretching and resistance exercises. 40-page illustrated stretching guide included. No storage bag. Useful item, but very much overpriced.
