Difficult inflating with a plastic straw! Now I need to get a larger ball and concerned with inflating!

This Thera band mini ball is a great size for strengthening hip muscles and core muscles. It's resistant enough to give you a decent workout, but not overly resistant-it's good for individuals who are beginner through intermediate levels. Be sure to keep your new Theraband ball up on a shelf or in a closet because your dog will likely play with it if you leave it out on the floor. My Golden Retrievers love it!

So easy to inflate. Can't wait to begin working this into my exercise routine. Plan on using it behind my back when doing sit ups.

The theraband ball was perfect. i was using one during my therapy away from home, but now I can continue. This was an a very useful purchase.

the plug is very hard to insert without it popping out the instructions should state this and recommend using a tool to push it in more than flush with surface

Ball is too soft ,I'm afraid its going to bust if I put my back on it on the floor
