i bought these resistant band set for the price and convenience of using them at home . the price was great , there a videos all over the web to show u different ways to use them . i dont need to go to gym its now in my home . get them use them 👏 u won't regret it.

Each band is clearly labeled with pounds of resistance as well as color coded. Each band has carabiners on each end. Handles are easy on the hands. The bands are of a good length making it easy to "double up" the length by wrapping is around a sturdy post. The door gizmo was also nice and easy to use. I would have liked to see the selection of resistance higher - 30-70 lbs rather than the 10-50 lbs. I doubt the 10's and 20' will ever be used. All the bands and handles, etc. fit into a light weight nylon bag (included). The nylon type material is very light so I'm not sure how long it will last, but it is a nice touch.

Very surprised as the price was unbelievable then when they arrived on Time as usually as all my orders do from Walmart the quality of their product was outstanding very happy so happy I ordered another set

These are the first resistance bands that I've purchased. The set includes everything one would need for the intended purpose. The 150 lb total resistance should be plenty. I'm very satisfied with the product.

This are good to bring on a vacation or for use in home if you can't make it to the gym. Band are durable and the handles can take some abuse. My last pair broke - after two years of much use - but for the price I have no complaints.

these are great quality for the price. i am older and i have occasional balance issues. i am able to still use thease in a seated position on the days when gravity wants to win or i can use them standing for a good warm-up.

The bands are very thin and that makes them easy to slip from under the feet. I an 79-years-old and have Neuropathy in my feet and hands ands hip problems so I don't stand well. Planting my feet is hard, so it could be me. However, I will use them because I have tried them all.

I like the price point of these resistant bands. However, I wish the quality is a little bit higher, I guess you get what you pay for. I wish they are more than1 hook for the resistant band to be attached at the door crack. Additional handle would be helpful.

There is a huge lack of instructions. There are a couple of things that could use explanation for. There's a small wheel with a strap attached???? Used how, where and when!!!!
