Really works.
My husband has carpal tunnel and arthritis in his hands. We were amazed on how well these help. He noticed a difference within a couple days. My son also bought these, and they are helping him. Would highly recommend these. The egg shape fits great in your hand.

It would be nice if there were a video that came with them. Maybe I can search one up on YouTube but the written direction don't make it completely clear to me as to how I am supposed to use these items most effectively.
