I got these because of health conditions. I can't due regular exercise so I use these to keep my arm and legs muscles from weakening. There are 3 different bands that have 3 different resistance levels. I started with the least resistance (pink) and after 2 weeks I went to medium ( yellow). I'm not ready for the (blue) yet but hopefully soon. Ask your Dr. before using as you may have a condition that could be aggravated by use. I use mine while watching TV or listening to an audio book.

I bought these to help with heel spurs. I do stretches on my foot and leg. It has helped. I have been using the lesser strength ones for arm stretching. I am very happy with these bands

Quality made. Only one problem is there is nothing written that comes with these bands telling you which is which so please if you order these bands look at the list so you will know the difference. Otherwise they are really good to use.

These 3piece Resistance bands from USTRIS work great for toning my arms and legs.I use them everday.They are so easy to use and very portable to take anywhere.The price is great and I highly reccomend them.

I need this for ease and comfort while walking, I have a spur on my heal and this is an exercise that allows me to bring the arch on my foot back in place! Great item, It is very helpful if you have a spur or if you're looking for muscle strength, try it!

The bands were for an elderly family member. He was thrilled with the 3pk. At 92 these do wonders to help keep him active, even if he's sitting when using.

even if you have mobility issues, you could sit down and use this resistance band. I like that the fact that each color is a level of resistance.

Only had couple weeks But I workout regularly and use bands as one of my 5 exercises and so far so good Like the ones I got from PT

nice bands. howevet, the material is lightweight. not sure how long they will hold up. very affordable. i might buy a more expensive brand when replacing is needed

Bands are strong, easy to use and packaged well. Colors are bright. Wish the band strength was printed on the bands though. I marked each myself using permanent marker.
