I haven't used it yet but looks of great quality
just what I wanted easy to put up on door and easy to use to exercise my arm
It's metal, not plastic. grips are comfortable.
2nd rotator cuff surgery, this time I started taking a more serious stance in my recovery
Just like at the rehab treatment gym. Now I can get this back treatment at home.
My physical therapist recommended I get this to help rehab after I broke my arm. Works great and it does help!!!
easy to use very helpful exercise
i use it all the time, but the handles hurt my fingers. So, I have to use a glove or something for a cushion.
