The set is really nice. My physical therapist wanted me to get two of pieces for home exercise after my surgery. When I showed him this package available from Walmart he couldn't believe I could get all of these for $14 and 1 day shipping. He had tried to convince me to use Amazon, but now I think he knows where to get real deals. My home workouts are going to be better than we had planned.

Totally worth it i gained extra grip when holding things %26 my grip got more stronger i also get some veins popping out my arm after using it for a few weeks but i only 4 star on grip only because for how long you grip it for because when you grip it for too long or do too many reps your hand hurts a little bit so just take breaks when gripping but other than that 5 STARS i recommend it

This set is quality built, and comes with a variety of interesting accessories, each of which are able to target different muscle groups in the hand. I appreciate that it is not only helping me build muscle strength, but also combat carpal tunnel pain.

All the family members that were there when I opened the package, tried them and were greatly impressed.

I like the fact that my hands strength will come up in the hands there's enough different ways to progress

It's a great item, does what I need, perfect price point, well made and I like the clicking counter as well. My only one-star off is that the main grip strengthener with the spring, being hard plastic with no soft 'grippy' surface is often slippery and hard to grip (note: I never do my grip stuff when sweating so it's not a wet or sweat issue. It's a very minor issue, but the gripper I actually wore out two weeks ago did have that soft 'grippy' surface. Otherwise I had no problem with pain to the hand without the soft/grippy surface...just a bit slippery when dry. Good Product, will buy again when I wear it out (I have worn out 3 other models!). Buy it, it works.

Broke after two uses, a screw kept falling off and the counting part stop working. Would not recommend this if you're trying to grow your forearms.
