This item is awesome!!! I use it everyday works great for just about all different workouts. It was priced at a good price, and got here very quickly! I will definitely recommend to others!!
This is a very effective arm and chest device. I've already seen a big difference in my upper-body physique. If you're serious about chest and arm building and you don't have a lot of time to hit the gym... this is the product for you. I work and go to college in-person, so I don't have a ton of time to get to the gym, however, I can easily use this device within minutes and get a full chest and arm workout.
Seems to be a very high quality and durable product. Easy to assemble and adjust to fit my needs. Information sheet sent with product was easy to understand. Has a lot of different workouts that can be done with a good picture to show what areas of the body that it is designed to help. I think it will help me get back into shape quickly.
I got this product for my husband's birthday. He loves it. It was easy for him to assemble and right away he started putting it to use. He wants to build his upper arm strength and he is sure that this product will do just that for him. He tested it out and was so pleased.
