The main gripper seems to be constructed of quality material. As a kit, I enjoy the all-around exercises for strengthening grip, as well as working on dexterity of your fingers. I have only owned for one week, but I am happy with the purchase thus far.

Very good product for the price and everything it comes with it is very reliable and very portable.

great tool for rehab, not-so-much for strength building. Tension band for extension exercises broke after a few sessions.

Everything works as it should though you can tell it's all rather poorly made. For the price they are worth it.

the grip design is not very good. they are a bit small. aside from that i been using them constantly for a week and no problems functionally.
