Good for chest and also for biceps when you turn it at an angle.

The product works very well and offers progressing levels of difficulty which is essential. However it includes no instructions for workouts, and a reliable workout guide using this tool is difficult to find online.

I like the item but it was a used item it have rust on the chrome parts the box was open and taped up I can Not recommended item.

So far this has been great. I have lower back issues so push ups are out of the question. I got this with a little hesitation but after using it I can say it’s legit. It’s not a direct replacement for bench presses but is great for those that want to work out without having to go to a gym. This is easy to use and adjustable for everyone. It’s a great starter too for those who want to start but have not.

Comes with no exercise suggestions. While the top resistance is difficult, it's definitely nowhere near 400 lbs.
