This item was easy to assemble, and included all the tools and fasteners necessary. It has a ton of different settings for difficulty. It folds away easily to store under a couch or bed. I've had this for 2 months now and I never put it away because it's fun to just bang out a set of 50 when I walk by it. It's super easy to change the difficulty, which I often do so that my gf can use it on an easier setting. The HUD shows your time, counts your reps and calories. It's really a great deal. I'm going to see what other fun equipment Flybird makes.

An amazing product for a very good price very easy to assemble. Be careful not to put it on the top notch and then try to use the equipment. I made that mistake and thought OMG, but then I realized I could move it down and start at a lower resistance and it is making me feel it love it love it love it.

I'm a large person and was concerned it wouldn't be sturdy enough but was pleasantly surprised. It's solidly built and was easy to assemble. It folds nicely and fits under my couch. The actual exercise is deceptively easy but after a couple sets, hoo boy. It is effective.

Very easy to put together , not very much to do. While on the machine it has an easy glide. Thought it was going to be an easy workout but considering I haven't been working out it was a challenge (which is a good thing). Day 2 and already feel soreness in my core ! Fingers crossed to continue going to see progress .

Easy to assemble. Works your abdominal and hip flexor. I guarantee you cannot do 100 of these without feeling it. Even on the lowest position it's a difficult abdominal workout

Very easy to put together. If you're just starting out I would suggest using the lowest setting possible. Took me about 15 minutes to assemble. Very sturdy and colors are nice too. It folds up for easy storage.

It works.Its hard to use.Myseld start doing 2 then moved up to 5 every hour then to 10.Quickly saw some result and it increase my mood.Just dont let look intimate you .Dont give up work at it.I am 60 and did after a stroke 1year ago been through 4 cancer and heart attack and I did it now at 10 per hour

It is so difficult to do because it isn't meant for heavy people and the knee area is so small that I can't hardly keep my knees on it. Super hard on your back. I will keep trying it since I bought it.

Pros: lightweight easy to assemble and move around. Cons: Not for a bigger person trying to loose weight. It's very flimsy feels like it's going to bend if i put weight on it. Weigh 230lbs

Counter is defective. I've have 4 adults look at it to make sure it was connected and we made sure the exercise was being performed correctly. The counter does not scan anything.
