This is a real work out! I have a stair-stepper and exercise bike that I've been using for years but I bought this to get a full body workout. My arms are burning! I didn't feel my legs and glutes when I only had one or two resistance bands on, but I did feel them when I added more resistance. The box arrived in terrible condition, but everything was packed very well inside and none of the parts were damaged at all. I put it together by myself in less than an hour. The instructions were easy to follow and everything was labeled. If you look closely at the blister packs on the screws you can see they have their part number indented in the plastic. When not in use, it folds flat-ish enough to store it in a closet. In my opinion, this is worth the money.

I saw the flash deal had to grab it, the machine is durable seems it is made quality, about size of standard bike but easier to move around I'm 5”4 150 pounds. I'm a tad bit slow at first time setting something up, so I did struggle just a bit with setup. Had an easier time putting it together looking at sellers product image photos, the manual doesn't really show good view of what screw it needs… if you don't know your screws. Took about 1 hour to put together. I put the seat the closest there are 4 holes, I put the handle thingy with 4 holes the farthest down.l for my height to reach it. I did feel glute burning after I adjusted and pulled one of the back resistance things to the seat and they aren't weak for me they got some knockback. The handle bars I just put them over the machine's handle bars which added to intensity. I have been sedentary it is even challenging for me. I did 68 count in 4 minutes and kinda got tired. I used it even yesterday and my walk was a bit shaky I believe it to work.

I've only tried this briefly so far, mainly to get a sense of how well it would work—and I'm very impressed. One resistance band was too easy for me. It would still provide a workout, but I'm focused on building muscle. I tried four bands and couldn't move it at all, so I adjusted to two bands, which turned out to be just right. I can clearly feel my muscles working. I specifically wanted to target the backs of my arms, and I definitely felt it there. I also have knee issues and usually find squats difficult, but I experienced no discomfort or strain on my knees at all. The equipment looks great and feels well made. It was easy to assemble, and I love that it folds flat—even though I don't expect to put it away often. I'm a 61-year-old woman, and I truly believe this will be instrumental in helping me get into shape…possibly the best shape of my life. Thank you! 😊

The only reason I gave 4 stars for assembly because I didn't put it together myself a friend did it for me. It took him less than 30/40min. I wasn't counting but I know it was really quick.

I love this work out machine! The instructions were clear and easy to follow. My husband said that the assembly was quick and easy. It was easy to adjust it to my height. The seat and the handle bars easily adjust to your height. I was worried because I am short (5" 2'). Amazingly it fit perfect to my height after making a few minor adjustments. I feel a full body workout when I use it. The tension bands are easy to put on and remove to store. I am trying to tone and build muscle and feel that this machine will get the job done. I don't like doing squats but I am so glad I found this awesome machine so I can do them the easy fun way.

It was easy to assemble and it is a great work out!

Easy to install . Instructions a little iffy on the bands for handles at the end. very pleased with the product. Does what i wanted it for. It's worth the money. Even purchased the extended warranty. Use every day. The counter doesn't always work right, but that's okay because i count my own movements.

Never got a chance to work out on it because I didn't receive a seat to the product. Assembly was easy but made it to the end and no seat in my box. My box arrived taped and busted up.
