I'm using this 5x a week, 40 minutes. 30 minutes on stepper, 10 minutes on ab machine. I feel my soreness in my calves, upper thighs, and glutes after stepper and my stomach muscles. This also helps Diastasis recti when you use your stepper at a slow pace, and ab machine at slow, neutral pace. I had our 4th baby and am 11 months postpartum, trying to loose some weight from baby and breastfeeding. I still workout and do light lifting and pilates. I suggest this machine!
This was super easy to build and the instructions were very clear. I have been trying to become more healthy and saw this advertisement, and decided to try it out. I have been using this daily and making a lot of progress. It doesn’t take up too much space either.
stairs don't actually have the stepping motion. You just glide up and down the track. Not a good workout. The ab side is functional, but the track is so short, you don't utilize your whole stomach.
machine is flimsy, handlebars are loose even with screws tight. made for a 12 year not an adult
very cheaply made.
