This item is EXCELLENT! Much simpler to use than a TENS unit, much less intense to muscles than a Theragun. As a former massage therapist, with limited budget for therapeutic body work, believe me - i have tried everything . This one time purchase, for less $$$ than a massage treatment , will really help your muscle tension and stiffness. I have painful, post-stroke spasticity, unrelieved by much of anything , but THIS item - this will help you. Highly recommend .

I absolutely love this! It is easy, does not hurt my joints at all, I have had zero leg swelling since using this flybird vibration plate. I highly recommend it to those who are qualified. There are caveats for those who have heart issues please read the fine print before using or talk to your doctor. However, it is not over strenuous, easy to use, easy to move from room to room. It's a 10 for me!

This product has done wonders for my lower back. Its vibration is relaxing and calming. My balance has improved, as well as, the circulation in my legs and feet. So easy to use, especially, with the preset tumers and speed.

I broke my ankle December of last year. I had stiffness, fluid and swelling, and loss of range of motion in my ankle since. Stiffness was so severe that it caused me to walk with a really bad limp. I was skeptical when I purchased this vibration board. Three days into using this, I gained so much range of motion! The swelling in my ankle is almost completely gone, and I am no longer walking with a limp. I regret not purchasing this vibration board seven months ago. I highly recommend this product!

The vibration plate itself worked wonderful, but it was the placement of the feet that did not work for me. I have large feet size 11, so therefore this plate was made for someone with a size 8 or smaller so for that reason and that reason alone, the vibration plate did not work for me. I ended up gifting it to one of my friends with smaller feet..
