HXD-ERGO Hip Abductor Adductor Machine, 6-Level Adjustable, Plush Padding, Compact, for Home Gym, Women and Men

This item was easy to put together. The illustrations were easily understood. I have used this equipment every day since I got it. I am very pleased with the workouts.I am doing now with this equipment. It doesn't Take up much space. I am very pleased with this purchase.Thank you

The machine is lightweight and fairly easy to use. I would recommend this for someone starting out in fitness or someone that needs basic toning and maintenance. Also, I had some issues with this item, but the costomer care team was excellent at handling my concerns.

I really want to love this machine, but you can't enjoy your workout because the machine makes so much noise. It is very loud that it hurts your ears. I took it all apart and oiled it, it got a little lower but not by much and by the end of my work out it was loud again. I brought some noise silencer for my ears you can still hear it. Now I'm frustrated and don't want to use it anymore. It's even as loud as the music I play. Does anyone have any tips for this?

Good value for price. Easy addition for a home gym. The material it's made of is a little light and cheap, but it works well overall. I have to use the highest resistance setting to feel the burn, so probably not a great piece for someone with a ton of leg strength.

After unpacking everything and putting it all together, I realized there was no resistance bands on the main frame. the manual shows that the resistance bands are attached to the main frame so this was definitely a manufacturing issue but i cant give an honest review since the main part of the work out is the bands. I will say putting it together was not complicated and the instructions were fairly simple. It is just frustrating to go through putting it together than seeing that you can't use it since there are important parts missing and having to wait longer for an email from the manufacturing company.

Pretty basic. If you are looking for a heavy workout/weight this is not it. More of a beginner product. I do enjoy it and have found ways to mod it to get more weight.

Was easy to put together. I started with basically putting together the shell and then tightening up the screws. It's a little annoying to take the screw out to revers the machine but for price, you do what you gotta do. I am over 200lbs and have big thighs. it was comfortable for me to get in and out of it and working out in it does the job. Get your reps in easily. The machine is also compact ( you can't fold it) but it doesn't take much space.

Great for plus size, I'm 300 lbs and it feels very sturdy and comfortable. I can feel the burn right away, seems like a great product

Easy to assemble. Get a great machine for an affordable price. Love the burn im getting in my legs definitely worth it.

It's not very sturdy and doesn't have enough tension.
