ok so the instructions that came didn't tell you about the arrow stick make sure you face the arrow to back if not you'll be taking it back apart like I did.

Good machine for the one who hates going to the gym waiting for someone to stop looking at their phone for 10 mins between each set. Good value for the money.

I love leg extensions and leg curls. After my favorite gym shut down I was sad about not being able to do these. Not anymore! nice product. I will never use the hip thrust but my gf plans to.

it's a great price for a home gym piece. I'm 5'5.5" and 115%23. I'm a little small for the machine though. the top round pad doesn't come close to touching my legs. not sure whose legs are that big, but i don't need the pad to touch me. i can still use it. this isn't the exact same quality you'll find at your local gym but it works for what i need. would have loved for full range of motion, but it stops short.

the photos must be AI generated because these exercises are anatomically impossible, the cushions don't align like it shows in the photos which makes it impossible to do the hip thrust. also if you don't put weights on the back plate the whole thing Falls over. lastly because the weights are only on one side the thing tips and only one leg gets all the way and it eventually slides off. don't waste your time

the machine was put together correctly and it is so crooked. multiple areas are so crooked and there's nothing you can do about it. you can't even sit on the seat, because that goes one way, and then the leg extension part goes the other way. I did reach out to customer service to try to get a solution and they were great in the response time, but they never supply to solution. this machine is now sitting in my pole barn and useless. what a waste of money.

The item i thought would be a great addition to my gym. 1st day using it and the arm broke. i now cannot get a response about a refund or a replacement part?
