I've been really happy with this foam plyometric jump box. It feels sturdy and stable, even during higher box jumps, and the foam padding makes a big difference for safety. I like that it's forgiving if you miss a jump, which is great for protecting shins and joints compared to a wooden box.

I would hesitate to jump on these without some external support. It just a flaw with any plyo box of this type. There just isn't enough weight to them so they tip over very easily. Given that fact I felt that its well worth the price. I don't think any of the other foam plyo boxes would be any better and they were substantially more. I use these primarily for step ups and support for movements that require me to use something for support. Think of things like Bulgarian split squats. The foam is far more comfortable than wood. I actually have a wood plyo box too and really only use the wood one for jumping and when I'm stepping up with more than 100 lbs.

My son wanted this for his birthday, and he loves it! It came already made, and we just make sure to have it placed beside something sturdy when he jumps.

I love the item that delivery guy was great. He did a great job put the item by my front door. I didn't have to worry about it off the front steps so on snatching it delivery guy was great. Awesome job thank you.

it is perfect for a home gym. i just suggest putting it against a wall for younger athletes working on the plyobox for the first time, or still working on balancing while jumping/landing.

Great quality and worth the cost! The product is just like the ones at my gym, so it was a no brainer adding to my in home gym equipment!

As long as you have the storage space, this is well worth it. It holds up under my weight fairly well and doesn't slide around easily. I bought it to help with plyometrics and it's doing great so far!

This is just a Styrofoam cube with a cover on it, I'm a sucker but you don't have to be. I awarded the second star because it still does what it's supposed to do but come on this is a ridiculous amount of money for hunk of styrofoam

Too light and too soft. It moves and squishes and tries to roll over when you jump on it. Dangerous.
