I use it because I have neck strain, problem with weakening neck muscles, this helps to support my neck while I'm doing exercises laying down. and I also am going to cut one in half for other exercise and give the other half to my cat for a play toy. I think he will really enjoy digging his claws in this!

Perfect item, high density, beautiful. I'm impressed with delivery as well. it was not available at my Walmart, ai ordered it pnline today- with Walmart promising same Day delivery. I did pay like 6$ Delivery, but had the item less than 6 hrs later- delivered by a private Driver, with delivery photo. Walmart is fastly getting better than Amazon!

It is just as described. Nothing more nothing less. It's hard and I used it for some leg exercises but it didn't end up being very helpful to my problem.

I really needed something very firm to do physical therapy on my bed. This will work perfectly. It is very hard so if you're looking for something with some give this is not it.

So i got this for a shin splint and it band syndrome after using something similar, but much smaller. It was simply too big to use on my leg. Might be good for your back but i returned it and got a much smaller one

I never used a roller before and this is high density and I need a medium density because it's too hard for me but outside of that it's made pretty good.

A friend of mine recommended this I bought it didn't take it all the way out the package kind of knew it wouldn't for me tried it and was like no not for me. It didn't help me and it kind of hurt my back.

This was recommended to me for sciatic nerve pressure and there is no way that anyone would be able to use that on their lower back without it hurting more. I'm using it under my knees for support that's the only thing that's it's good for
