Perfect item, high density, beautiful. I'm impressed with delivery as well. it was not available at my Walmart, ai ordered it pnline today- with Walmart promising same Day delivery. I did pay like 6$ Delivery, but had the item less than 6 hrs later- delivered by a private Driver, with delivery photo. Walmart is fastly getting better than Amazon!

very hard and firm. I use it because I have neck strain, problem with weakening neck muscles, this helps to support my neck while I'm doing exercises laying down. and I also am going to cut one in half for other exercise and give the other half to my cat for a play toy. I think he will really enjoy digging his claws in this!

It is one of the best product for doing stretching exercises at home and very easy manner . The quality is fantastic as used by all ages in the family

I really needed something very firm to do physical therapy on my bed. This will work perfectly. It is very hard so if you're looking for something with some give this is not it.

It is just as described. Nothing more nothing less. It's hard and I used it for some leg exercises but it didn't end up being very helpful to my problem.

I got this foam roller at the suggestion of my physical therapist. It's perfect for lat rolling and I also use it for IT band rolling. It's very firm and dense with no give, so it provides a lot of pressure and I see it lasting a very long time. It's also easy to wipe clean with disinfectant to keep it looking nice and I haven't noticed any degradation after a month of 2x daily use. I would definitely buy this again but I don't think I'll have to, since I'm pretty sure it will last just fine. Definitely worth the money!

I never used a roller before and this is high density and I need a medium density because it's too hard for me but outside of that it's made pretty good.

I didn't know high density meant hard as a rock. I expected the same thick foam that my chiropractor recommended but this one hurt my back and must be a hard plastic so I don't expect it to get any softer. Will look in the store next time to find a roller that is softer on the spine.

A friend of mine recommended this I bought it didn't take it all the way out the package kind of knew it wouldn't for me tried it and was like no not for me. It didn't help me and it kind of hurt my back.
