The design on this Acupressure Ball is very unique and different from what I ever seem before. The size is the same as a tennis ball. But its hard ball. I can see this being used in therapy sessions for many things which is very cool. The durability of this acupressure ball is very strong and maintenance is a breeze when done wipe off. Love this! I especially love the ridges that pinpoint and massage my foot as I roll on it. It's light weight and very easy to use. I only wish it was a tad smaller to really get in the fascia of my foot! Other than that, amazing ball!

This will only work in a pinch. But font count on it if you really are trying to work knots or sore muscles out. There is no grip and it's so slippery, so when you try to put it in the place you need it, it will slide out from under you. You would be better off using a tennis ball.
