This product is very helpful at a low price. It will help you recover from tough workouts or long days at work. I especially like the roller stick that can be used on your calves or thighs but all of the items in the carry bag are helpful.

This was nice in helping relief sore muscle on my legs for leg days. The material is very easy to work with, with nice grips.

The massage stick did not feel like it was really working. Not like ones i've used before. Might do the trick if on a budget but i'll spend a little more for a much better product, especially for this.
