My physical therapist recommended this strap for doing exercises at home after knee replacement surgery. It was priced right and is very durable for daily use. It has helped a great deal to regain flexibility and strength in my new knee. If you have a new knee you need one of these!

This strap is just the right length for me to stretch my hamstrings as part of physical therapy exercises after total hip replacement surgery. The strap is sturdy and attractively styled, with the loops in attractive contrasting color.

This strap was extra long. Actually, I cut it in half and now I have two!! Excellent quality too.

I bought this because I had just recently had knee surgery, and the physical therapist has me using one of these. I decided to get this so I can do my physical therapy exercises at home. This is a very well made tool. The stitching is very strong. The material the straps are made of reminds me of two heavy duty large dog leashes sewn together. The price is outstanding. Even the Physical therapist was impressed! I have been using this now during my therapy. She stated it was better than what they have! This strap is definitely worth the buy. whether you are doing therapy, yoga, pre- or post- workouts, this strap is a great inclusion to any gym.

It is a great color, the length is just right, ease of use. It is wider than expected and that makes it difficult for me to use. I recommend it

This is fine and gets the job done but it's not very sturdy or durable. It's extremely light weight. I was using it with workout shoes and these are better suited to use w/o shoes. The loops are not too large. I would say price wise they are a little over priced for the value.

I returned this because IT HAS NO STRETCH TO THE BAND IT IS FOR STRETCHING YOUR MUSCLES. I wanted stretch in the band. Nice product other than that and long.
