Gaiam Stretch Strap, 60 inches, Grey

My physical therapist recommended this strap for doing exercises at home after knee replacement surgery. It was priced right and is very durable for daily use. It has helped a great deal to regain flexibility and strength in my new knee. If you have a new knee you need one of these!

The loops are larger. It is much easier to get on and off than the ones I used to use in the physical therapy studio. The cloth material is very similar in both. I use it twice a day with the other home physical therapy exercises for rehabbing the hips.

Bought it to use for physical therapy. It's very sturdy, but a little long for me. For someone taller it's probably good. But with all the slots, it's easy to adjust it shorter for me.

This strap was extra long. Actually, I cut it in half and now I have two!! Excellent quality too.

Good, sturdy strap. BUT would have appreciated easier to see instructions, diagrams were unclear (even went to Gaiam website looking for better, more visible diagrams - no luck.)

It is a great color, the length is just right, ease of use. It is wider than expected and that makes it difficult for me to use. I recommend it

Good quality belt for exercising. Length is perfect for tall person leg stretches and has other loops if required.

This is fine and gets the job done but it's not very sturdy or durable. It's extremely light weight. I was using it with workout shoes and these are better suited to use w/o shoes. The loops are not too large. I would say price wise they are a little over priced for the value.
