GAIAM LOOP BAND KIT

It's pretty basic since it's my first time getting them I like them . Ig I'm pretty excited that I was able to finally get the stuff I wanted to start my workout journey.

Good quality. Well-known company. Bought in addition to another set of bands that I also use daily primarily for leg and gait exercise routines. I like to alternate between the two. Well-priced, convenient, pack able for trips.

These are great! Especially for the price! They have excellent resistance. I like that there's 3 different levels to choose from and work up to. Great product!

They do what I need em to do lol. Yes they work. I saw ppl on TikTok talking about doing Pilates with resistance bands. Y'all it makes a difference.

nice gift for my dad who uses to work on his weakened muscles . they look like they are a good quality and the price is doable for all budgets . ill order myself a set next, of these same brand !

They are extremely light and Include a guide to some exercises to try. They are durable in contrast to the last one I got but be aware that they are made of a stretchy silicone/plastic like material so please don't have anything sharp on them. I generally couldn't tell much of a difference between the medium and heavy blue bands. They both felt the same during the exercises. The pink light one was pretty light in comparison to the other two though. I like how they are actually labeled light, medium, and heavy so there's no confusion down the line.

The product itself seems great. My doctor recommended I get these to help with rehab exercises at home. However, when the package was delivered I discovered that the box had been cut open and one of the bands had a hole torn in the plastic packaging. While nothing seems to be damaged, I don't appreciate paying full price for something that has been opened and tampered with.

Everything was great about these bands except the smell! The rubber smell got on my hands and would not wash off! I have washed my hands four or more times trying to get rid of the smell and it won't go away!!!

All bands are same resistance. No indication of band strength. Bands are too big. They fall off legs when knees are together. Returning.

There were only 2 bands in the box. Resistance feels the same between the two. Disappointed in this purchase
