ARRIVED SOONER THAN EXPECTED. i AM RECOVERING FROM A RECENT STROKE AND MY PHYSICAL THERAPIST IS VERY PLEASED WITH MY PROGRESS. THANKS TO HAVING TOOLS TO MAKE IT EASIER TO PERFORM THE MOTIONS NEEDED TO RECOVER MY RANGE OF MOTION AND STRENGTH, I AM DOING WELL. Great exercise tubing with handles and ankle holders. Very light, light,medium, heavy and extra heavy resistance tubing. anchor for door and convenient travel bag. Very happy with my purchase. Home gym experience for arm and leg workouts! Medium tubing pictured.

Because I checked prices a lot of other places and the type of products they had I was very surprised to find this product at this high level of build for this price I was very surprised

Strong, good assortment for various strength levels. The door hook is kinda limiting but overall pretty good for not having to keep dumbbells lying around.

The only thing I wish is it came with was an extra set of handles because you have to switch out every time you use a different band other than that all good 👍

Great way to work out if you are on the go and don't have easy access to a gym. Small enough to fit in a travel case. Overall happy with the purchase.

My Doctor decided I needed to try this and by far this was the best in value. It is easy to use and has more variety than just a normal stretch band.

I would recommend these resistance bands to people who do NOT have thick ankles. They seem straight forward on how to use unless you have thick ankles. If you have thick ankles, I recommend getting two sets or buy a different brand that accommodates you. I haven't worked out with them yet because I have thicker legs. I have two sets so I will have to play with the parts that strap around your ankles. They do seem well made otherwise and it does come with a little booklet to help you navigate use.

I am simply here to warn others. Dangerous and can do serious harm. Nylon webbing on one end broke free. This allowed an end with the fastener still attached to hit me with force. Still swollen here 1 week later and I'm lucky my toe is not broken. Looking closer at other ends they were also beginning to tear through. Used Walmart's method for reporting an unsafe item and there was simply no response. Uncool and unhappy.
