Because I checked prices a lot of other places and the type of products they had I was very surprised to find this product at this high level of build for this price I was very surprised

Strong, good assortment for various strength levels. The door hook is kinda limiting but overall pretty good for not having to keep dumbbells lying around.

Great way to work out if you are on the go and don't have easy access to a gym. Small enough to fit in a travel case. Overall happy with the purchase.

I rated the products this way because they work. The products will aid in my recovery from the injury, enabling me to return to work sooner. Thank you Walmart.

The only thing I wish is it came with was an extra set of handles because you have to switch out every time you use a different band other than that all good 👍

For $15 on sale, what a great deal. Easy to take with us while traveling. A workout can be done almost anywhere.

I would recommend these resistance bands to people who do NOT have thick ankles. They seem straight forward on how to use unless you have thick ankles. If you have thick ankles, I recommend getting two sets or buy a different brand that accommodates you. I haven't worked out with them yet because I have thicker legs. I have two sets so I will have to play with the parts that strap around your ankles. They do seem well made otherwise and it does come with a little booklet to help you navigate use.

do not buy. way too stiff, lacking elasticity. buy ones made of latex ... these are not made from latex!
