Athletic Works 3-Level Aerobic Step Deck , Adjustable to 4"-6"-8" Heights, Black/Gray/Blue

This is a very good exerciser for me,as i had a stroke and need to strenthen my legs,so I can walk again without assistance. It progesses with my ability,it is very stable,and works as well as the ones at my gym does!! If I had a choice,I would definitely buy this again.

This thing is a life savor for me. I didn't buy it for any type of exercise at all. It was for me to be able to get out of my front door %26 then able to get back in. there is a space thats thats to deep from the door bottom to the top landing that was very hard to do with my bad knees so this neat thing acts like a go between that space. Now it's easy peasy for me to get in %26out of my home. My trying to explain my problem probably isn't very clear, but check it out to see if it would help. I'ts very sturdy %26 is adjustable to 3 different heights, non slip. I have two of them now the other one is at the bottom of the step in the garage %26 that also made a bif difference in my ability to get back in. A plus plus plus all the way.

I bought this step deck to help me get into tall vehicles! I love the fact there's three heights to choose from.. I found it to be very sturdy and it does not move while in use! The Step Deck is easy to store and to add or take away to adjust the height. I highly recommend the 3-level Step Deck!! It works perfectly for my needs!!

Using it as a step for my mother to climb into her bed. It's a nice BIG step (lot's of space) not too tall for her to climb into bed with. Getting another to help her overcome a problem step outside.

I purchased this to use as a step for my mother to get in and out of my suv because of an issue she was having with her leg. And it has been a lifesaver making the task so much easier.

It works great but a little too narrow for a person with a shoe size bigger than 7-8 I wear a 9 and feel like my foot doesn't fit on it fully. Still functional.

The product will work for the physical therapy I am doing, but do not see it as a high impact exercise tool if I was wanting to do hard core exercises on it.

Don't get caught up on the compact size like I did. This step deck does the job. I'm 5'11, 180 lbs. I used this item for the first time today during my live, zoom workout and it did not disappoint. It added a level of intensity that I strongly underestimated. I did lose my footing during one exercise and stumble but that was because of my lack of coordination. For the price, it does the job. The compact size works well for my living space also.

The attachments are difficult to secure in place underneath if you are only using the 4-inch step. Despite it just being a cheap plastic step, it is very wide and does feel secure. I have a host of medical issues and am grossly underweight (under 100 lbs), so that's not saying much. The material and attachments I would equate to a few large plastic lego blocks. I purchased the step because I have severe Polyneuropathy and muscle weakness in my legs and feet, so I appreciate that the base is only 4" because even 4" steps are difficult for me to climb without using my upper body to pull myself up each step and this product is perfect for me to slowly build back up the muscles in my legs. I do question if this product would be sufficient for someone who is doing actual workouts or aerobics. The adjustment of the step is difficult for me in my weakened state. The max height of 8" probably isn't condusive for a good workout for a healthy individual.

The product was rightly priced. I received it and it was neatly packaged and I began to assemble the ramps, which turned out to be impossible. They just did not fit. Who would think that could happen? I did notice however, that the box was taped on the one side more than I would think was necessary to hold the product. Maybe a return that was sent back out? Have no idea. It's funny because I thought when buying this product I would never have to return it because what could really go wrong? A few pieces, put them together, what could go wrong? Well, it did. I even asked the CSR at Walmart if they wanted me to show them what the issue was and if someone could figure it out, I would be happy. Obviously that's not something they do.
