Very ice items. the only thing I would recommend is to somehow notate on the bands the resistance weight (example: black band - 30%23, blue band - 25%23, etc.) When you receive them there is no indication of the weight / resistance. Fortunately, I was able to find it on Walmart's website (, which show the resistance). Very satisfied with this product. I would recommend them to everyone.

The 5 bands provide a great range of resistance. If you progress beyond 50 lbs you can combine the bands for increased resistance. The handles are very comfortable. The ankle bands are an added bonus because they make it possible to continue at home, exercises that were done at physical therapy. Reproducing the exercises at home had been complicated and awkward. I'm especially happy with the attachment for securing the bands to the door. (I don't remember what it's called; sorry.) The set also includes a storage bag. That not only makes it easy to travel with them but also keeps together all the components that you aren't using daily.

These are perfect for beginners like me! I wanted a set with more options that I could build resistance with and these are working great. The bands are easy to hook on the handles and I love the labels on each band. Definitely a great deal at this price.

I really like these resistance bands. There are 5 from 10 lbs - 50 lbs. They come with handles for each side, a convertor that you can use to close in a door at whatever height you want and 2 straps to use to secure to a post or other stable pole. This gives you multiple ways to exercise all different areas of your body. I would definitely recommend these for anyone, especially beginners like myself, because they are so easy to use and come in a small bag so you can take them anywhere you go!! 5 Stars for sure!!!

I have now had these a couple of months. They are sturdy and work well for my strength workouts. The handles are foam and comfortable in my hands. I have mainly used the two lighter resistance bands, but they've been great.

I took this out of the box immediately to try them. I tested each resistance and they work perfectly. I'll work my way through the little workout chart that come along with it. I like this product.

When I came across this on Walmart.com I knew IMMEDIATELY I was buying it! Y'all I just completed a months long of physical therapy and these type is what the faculty used for therapy %26 I LOVED it! You can not go wrong! Buy!

I only just received the product. I unpackaged it and checked it out good and tried some exercises with it. It seems like a really nice set. I am 66 years old and I have shoulder issues which I want to try strengthening the muscles around my joints in the shoulders.

As a personal trainer I cannot recommend this set of resistance tubing. I love the CONCEPT of switching out 5 different levels with one pr of handles. The TUBING part is JUNK- so the whole package is worthless. If they used normal tubing it would've been very good. Also the clips to attach tubing were tiny and cheap. Sorry it's a waste of one's money and time.

The photo and description indicated that each band would have at least one handle. Instead, there are a total of two handles, a couple of unexplained pieces, and the bands. The bands seem standard, but in a normal workout, having to constantly change the handles for each exercise/weight is a big waste of time. If you will only use one or two bands, or if you don't mind spending changing out the handles, then you may want to purchase them. Also, you will need to look up a tutorial if you are not familiar with band exercises as their "diagram" sheet is tiny figures and no QR code for online information. You may also want to consider the country of origin.
