Gaiam Flat Band Kit, Rubber, Multicolor

My therapy guy told me about these. I need to build up arm strength and leg strength. These bands work you out. They have three sizes beginner, moderate, advanced so you can work your way up. alA must have for therapy.

I bought these to replace a previous exercise band. Nice to have 3 kinds of resistance. Gaiam is my go to brand for exercise and yoga equipment. It has been worth it to spend a little more for the quality.

Great set of resistance bands for beginners. I feel like they could be a bit longer but that's my only complaint. They give great resistance and a great workout!

Love how they have different weights on them. My daughter had to have this when she messed up her ankle and they work great and the doctor recommended it.

I won't need the heavy resistance band so I gave it to my son who uses it daily. I use mine 4 times a week to tone my abdomen my glutes and my legs at the moment but later on I plan on also including upper body and back. Very great all around workout item.

These bands feel so soft and strong and I love the colors! They are clearly marked according to strength. I've used them at the gym and so far they have performed perfectly - even if I haven't.

A little pricey, but seem good quality that won't break too soon. They always break after much use.

nice bands for exercise. the assortment of "weights" seems really good. not sure how long they will last but not an expensive piece of equipment. i would buy again.

I may need some others with less tension for my current PT.

I asked for Theraband . We use them for exercise three days a week. Mine broke and I need a replacement. What you sent was a circular band and I need to long non circular band.
