2025 New with timer Ab Abdominal Exercise Roller Elbow Support, abs roller wheel core exercise equipment, Automatic Rebound Abdominal Wheel

Item is very sturdy but the assembly instructions are not that great. It would be nice to show bigger detailed pictures. There is also a "knee pad" included that is kinda flimsy and wont last too long with regular use or those with knees issues. Other than that, it seems to be worth the prices based on my trial run after assembly. I could feel some burning in my ab area. Will update this review after some use.

I'm 70. 1st time ever with an ab roller so I got the cheapest in the event either the ab roller or me quit. While it's been only 3 days what I've gotten out of it was far more value than 3 visits to Starbucks plus greater return. Definitely some sore in my core. Pleasantly pleased.

Works great but the extra feature with the timer isn't super helpful. The timer is basic with no instructions so takes a second to figure out and then it will not stay in the holder. It'd be fine to leave that out all together lol but still a good purchase

Very disappointed. Not enjoyable. I feel it's more of a time waster and a little strain on lower back than to use enough to see noticeable results. More fun exercise equipment to use in my opinion that may give better results too. I regret buying this one.

I thought this would be like the AB Slide but it's not. The arm rests and wide wheel base drastically reduces the impact on your core. It's easy to use but not something I would recommend because of its very limited impact on your core.

not all the pieces are to it it's missing two screws that screw that goes to the top told it all together is missing and the screw on one of the arm side pieces is missing The timer is small and has no place to put it it's really not work the purchase at all

I can't tell if this is what I ordered or not because it came in a brown box with no pictures no instructions just a brown box with a plastic bag full of plastic parts. We need to figure how to put it together and then if it's the same one I ordered. I don't know why it didn't come more professional looking since it was a special gift. I won't repeat this mistake and I don't recommend anyone else order from Walmart or the company Walmart used
