I believe this is well worth what I paid for it %26 the assembly was easy. It certainly lived up to my expectations.

What I like about it's a great excise equipments for people who have poor circulation in their arms and legs and for people who want to lose weight in their arms or legs.

It is very easy to assemble and has an adjustable tension knob with a digital stat screen. It has truly helped in loosening my ankles and feet due to being flat-footed. It's definitely a good investment ....

This machine is made well except for the pedal straps being extremely small, even with them extended at the max length. There is no way that anyone with large feet can fit their feet onto the pedal with this kind of non giving strap. They would have to go either with stocking or bare feet. Poor thinking on manufacturer's design.

Needed this for my elderly dad and it has some resistance, but it slides easily if it is not on a carpet so buy a non slip mat for this to do its job correctly. Has a built in handle to carry making this portable.

Good little cycle. It moved when your cycling so I have to put it up against the island. The pedals aren't totally smooth but it doesn't affect the workout.

It does not stay in place when using you have to keep stopping to pull it back in place to continue your workout

I bought this item for my elderly mother she needs to work her legs she almost atrophied so I thought that this might help her do some in home physical therapy very easy to assemble easy to understand but no matter what setting you put it on there all the same and it was too hard for her to use I wish I wouldn't have bought it and I would not recommend it for anyone else especially with anybody elderly would legor heart problems
