Works great. I took the straps off and use it to do physical therapy on my shoulder. I this is perfect for when you need to redo therapy at home during flares without having to get bulky machine like they have.

Put it together in 20 mins and was able to do a intense workout from the comfort of my home. I initially got it for my mom yet I am sure I will use it MORE! 😂

this is for someone that is going thru physical therapy or rehab which was my case. i had a knee injury and got this to help me with my rehab. is pretty good for minimal to light cardio workout. you can use it for both feet and arms.

Bought this for a friend who has had 2 strokes and a broken hip. Also, fought and beat cancer but was left weak and no energy or stamina. I thought this would help him to recover some energy, strength and mobility. He uses it daily for 15 minutes 3 times daily.

This machine is made well except for the pedal straps being extremely small, even with them extended at the max length. There is no way that anyone with large feet can fit their feet onto the pedal with this kind of non giving strap. They would have to go either with stocking or bare feet. Poor thinking on manufacturer's design.

Peddles are very narrow and painful for people with neuropathy to use. The strap that goes around peddle is non adjustable so it is to small to fit around a foot with shoes on. If this were corrected with wider peddles to allow more of the foot to rest on, instead of such a narrow peg, and the strap was possibly a velcro adjustable, this would be very useful

Couldn't use it because it kept slipping on the floor as I tried to pedal. I even tried putting a rug underneath it but it kept slipping away from me.

The pedals are not smooth to cycle. My husband is 69 and has a stroke. This doesn't work for him. It does ride smooth like a bicycle at all. Every half cycle is difficult, .
