I looked over quite a number of similar items and I am SO glad I got this one. It truly is ready out of the box. Well, there is a knob to screw in, and that's it. It doesn't scratch the floor, and if there are any adjustments or bells and whistles, I don't know because I stepped on, it works great, and why bother if there isn't a problem? I have not attached the arm things, and someday I may get curious about them, but I prefer having my hands free for balance and resting a hand on a desk or chair or whatnot for that. It is virtually soundless, makes as much noise as my cat walking across the floor. I did look over the instructions that came with, and sorry, I misspoke earlier, it mentions that if an adjustment is needed use the enclosued Allen wrench, but it wasn't there. I am sure I have an Allen wrench somewhere from all the other packages I've gotten., if I even need it. The fact that I was trying it within a minute of sliding it out of the box made me very very happy. And sliding it across the floor (I can't lift stuff) and it not scratching at all made me even happier. So easy to order, receive, open and start stepping. Easiest purchase and accomplishment from the moment of deciding which one to using it ever.

one step at the time. give yourself 2 months or 3 and you Will See a difference 😉.. keep using that oil thingy they give for the sqeeky sound. doesn't bother me though.

omg..love it! u can feel the burn in your legs and it gets your heart pumping!! just ordered some 5lb weights to use while stepping at home!! Great investment!!!

This is the second mini stepper I purchased from Walmart. The first one was for me and the second one I purchased for my niece for her Birthday and she loved it.. It's a great mini stepper and you break a sweat on it. Completely satisfied.

Slip off too small good strength when do use it or can stay on

it seems strong and well put together BUT the step range only moves maybe 3", and the turn nob to adjust the strength does not work, nor looks connect to adjust. i believed it would be a good stepper but its not to me.

I can't believe this is not adjustable!! I can't hardly push the pedal down unless I step up on it, and then I can't get the other one down!! There was supposed to be to be a tension button!! My son said he can barely move the pedals either! He told me don't use it as it might hurt your back more!!! I thought I bought a nice present for my son and his wife for Christmas, and basically no one can even use it!! Maybe If you weight 350 you could move the pedals!! Very disappointed!!! No pic! I bought from Walmart!!!

Brooke after two months… of course I threw away the box so I can't return it now. I'm really disappointed.

Never got the product,not Walmart or shipper fault but somewhere along the line it was damaged and kept getting shipment delayed for 6 days
